What is an envelope?
An envelope is one sent signing transaction. It can contain the documents and recipients allowed by your plan. Sending or initiating an envelope uses one unit of your allowance or prepaid balance. Self-signing your own documents does not consume an envelope.
What happens when I use all my envelopes?
For one-time plans, completed documents remain available according to the retention terms. To send more envelopes, purchase an additional pack or switch to the annual Enterprise plan. For Enterprise, credit-balance reminders are sent when 100, 50, 10, and zero credits remain. Enterprise users can top up their accounts.
Do prepaid envelope credits expire?
Prepaid credits do not expire while the account and service remain active, subject to the service terms. Enterprise credits reset each annual billing period and do not roll over unless your subscription terms specify otherwise.
Can I upgrade or switch plans later?
Yes. You can purchase a higher-tier one-time plan at any time. Existing credits remain available according to their terms. To switch from a one-time plan to Enterprise annual, contact our support team.
How is Enterprise billed?
Enterprise is billed at $99/month (billed yearly) and includes 2,400 annual envelope credits. Contact our sales team for higher-volume pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Enterprise billing may also be available by invoice for qualified organizations.
Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?
No. The price displayed is the total charge for the plan. Any applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. There are no setup or onboarding fees.
Can recipients sign without a Qik Sign account?
Yes, recipients can sign documents without creating a Qik Sign account. They receive an email with a secure signing link.
