1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Qik Sign ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Qik Sign provides an electronic signature platform that allows users to prepare, send, sign, track, and manage documents and agreements electronically.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription or one-time purchase basis as described on our Pricing page.

  • One-time plans: Purchased envelope credits are valid while your account and the Service remain active. Credits do not expire subject to the service terms.
  • Enterprise subscription: Billed annually in advance. You may cancel at any time. Credits are not rolled over after the subscription period.
  • Taxes: Prices include applicable taxes.
  • Refunds: Available within 7 days of payment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qik Sign and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qik Sign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
