Subprocessors

What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party service provider engaged by Qik Sign who may process customer data to deliver the Service. Qik Sign contractually requires all sub-processors to meet data protection obligations consistent with our Data Processing Addendum.
Current sub-processors
The following sub-processors are currently engaged in connection with the Qik Sign Service:

Changes to sub-processors
Qik Sign will provide notice when new sub-processors are engaged. Customers who have entered into a Data Processing Addendum with Qik Sign will receive direct notification of sub-processor changes and may object in accordance with the DPA terms.
